	<li>Imagine a mom with a recessive gene for Angelman syndrome and a dad with a dominant healthy gene. Normally, you&#39;d expect the baby to be fine. BUT if the dad&#39;s gene gets silenced, guess what? The baby will have Angelman syndrome!</li>

<h4>Case 2: Lion 🦁 vs. Tiger 🐯</h4>

	<li>Female lions might have cubs from multiple dads! (Talk about a blended family, eh?)</li>
	<li>Daddy lion wants big cubs, mommy lion wants many cubs. Their imprinted genes usually balance out.</li>
	<li>But pair a lion with a tiger and suddenly, the balance is like a seesaw with a hippo on one end! Why? Because tigers don&#39;t have multiple dads for the cubs, so the imprinted genes don&#39;t get that &quot;natural balancing.&quot;</li>
