	<li>Cells are doing their fitness workouts (aerobic respiration) and burning up oxygen. So, they always need more. 🏋️</li>
	<li>Just like how you might gasp for air after sprinting, cells &quot;pull in&quot; oxygen from tissue fluid because they have a lower concentration of it. This is called diffusion.</li>

	<li>Our cells are like us at a candy store. They need glucose for their energy needs.</li>
	<li>There&#39;s a cool Uber-like service called sodium&ndash;glucose cotransporters which bring glucose into the cells.</li>
</ul>

	<li>Imagine cells are bodybuilders, needing amino acids (the building blocks of protein) to grow.</li>
	<li>Cells don&#39;t just wait around! They actively &quot;grab&quot; these amino acids using a process called active transport.</li>
</ul>

	<li>Cells breathe out too! After they use up oxygen, they produce carbon dioxide.</li>
	<li>This CO2 says &quot;goodbye&quot; and diffuses out into the tissue fluid. Think of it like steam coming off a hot pot.</li>

	<li>The Gathering: As it travels, it&#39;s like a magnet, collecting waste products. 🧲</li>
	<li>Back to the Bloodstream: After its collection round, it re-enters the capillary network and becomes a VIP member of the blood plasma club.</li>
	<li>Bye-Bye Toxins: The capillaries join up to form the venules, like streams forming a river. This river then carries the waste away.</li>

	<li>The Lungs: Exhale out the carbon dioxide (It&#39;s like nature&#39;s exhaust system! 🚗).</li>
	<li>The Liver: The liver is like a waste treatment plant, detoxifying harmful substances.</li>
	<li>The Kidneys: Think of them as super-efficient recycling plants, excreting waste we don&#39;t need.</li>
</ul>

🎈 Fun Fact! Did you know the reason we breathe faster after running is that our cells are doing a lot more respiration, producing more CO2 that needs to be let out? Every breath you take is linked to cellular activities!
