RNA's Role in Transcription 🧬

  • RNA separates DNA into single strands.

  • It then uses one of these strands, called the template strand, to guide transcription.

  • Once RNA is done, the two DNA strands come back together like two dance partners.💃🕺

  • Each base pairs up with its complementary base on the opposite strand. These pairs are held together by hydrogen bonds.

  • They're apart only for a short time, minimizing risks!
