	<li>Michel had an autocratic leadership style. It means he&#39;s the main man making ALL the decisions.
	<ul>
		<li>🌍 Real-world example: Imagine you&#39;re in a band, and only one person decides the song list, the dress code, even the snack breaks. No voting, just one person in charge.</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Rox wasn&rsquo;t just about music
	<ul>
		<li>They loved giving back, especially to local schools and non-profits.</li>
		<li>Won lots of shiny trophies for corporate social responsibility (CSR).</li>
		<li>Released a CD named &quot;Action Not Words&quot; and got mega famous.</li>
	</ul>

	<li>Michel was approached in June 2020.</li>
	<li>Purpose? Help start a non-profit social enterprise, IM.

	<li>Big move: Fired Louis without asking anyone&#39;s opinion.

		<li>Result? He faced the music! Critics in the music world weren&#39;t pleased.</li>

	<li>Laissez-faire (Louis): Leaders give freedom to followers to make decisions.
