Periodization in sports is just like that! It’s all about planning training in phases to make sure an athlete shines when it matters most.

What’s periodization? ✨

  • It's a fancy way of structuring training into different “phases”.

  • Aim: Get the athlete to their best condition for the big events.

    For instance

    • Track athletes? They might want to be at their peak for multiple races in a year.
    • Soccer stars? They’ll want to kick off the season with a bang and keep that energy alive till the last match.
